With social isolation in full force, the streets or New Ulm are empty, but the sidewalks are getting more colorful. This weekend some residents took part in the Chalk Your Walk challenge. People are encouraged to draw chalk art on their walk ways complete with encouraging messages. South Jefferson Street resident Amy Zwakman-Tjernagel has taken up the challenge. She plans on creating something new each day.
