Broadway traffic was slowed by wet, heavy snow Monday afternoon. The National Weather Service reported visibility less than a quarter mile in places as the band of snow slowly drifted east. The Minnesota Department of Transportation reported a crash on State Highway 15 two miles north of Winthrop and a spin out on U.S. 14 near the CR 21 intersection.
