A Waste Management garbage truck became wedged under the 12th North railroad overpass on Front Street Friday at about 9:55 a.m. Dwight Benjamin Jerge, 44, of Spirit Lake, Iowa, was eastbound on 12th North and thought he had clearance to make it under the overpass. The truck became stuck, and was eventually freed after the tires were deflated.
