Veteran Helping Veteran auto donation

Vietnam era Army veteran Kenny Drexler of New Ulm hands the keys to a 2002 Cadillac Deville to Diana Brooks of Wells. Brooks had served over 16 years in the US Coast Guard and Coast Guard Reserves and is a single mother. She recently fell on hard times and was without reliable transportation, despite working two jobs, she was borrowing her father’s car daily. Drexler’s donation, aided by the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 15 of New Ulm will allow Brooks to regain her independence as she works and raises her family.
