Concord Singers heading to Germany

NEW ULM — The Concord Singers are leaving May 30 for Neu Ulm, Germany, to participate in the 150th anniversary of Neu Ulm, and the 100th anniversary of the city’s Blaskapelle (brass band). It is the group’s 5th tour to Germany.

The Concords will perform with three of Neu Ulm’s Sister Cities to help celebrate the double anniversaries. The Concords will also perform later in the week in Reutlingen and Herborn-Seelbach. The bands from those two cities have performed several times at Heritagefest and Bavarian Blast in New Ulm.

The Concord Singers will return home on June 10.
