Streets flood again

The City of New Ulm closed Cottonwood Street Wednesday after the rising Cottonwood River ran over Cottonwood Street, just west of the bridge. The river was observed at 13.2 feet at 3 p.m. Wednesday. Flood stage is 11 feet. The river was forecast to reach 15 feet Friday morning and stay at that level until Sunday morning.
