SLEEPY EYE — The Sleepy Eye City Council will meet in special session at noon Tuesday, Dec. 11 in the council chambers to select city manager candidates for interviews.

The meeting will include the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and Lisa Donabauer of David Drown Associates. In addition, consent agenda items include approval of non-waiver of statutory tort liability limits per LMCIT (League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust), consideration of unpaids to Brown County for collection, 2019 tobacco licenses and a PUC billing write-off list.
