BLUE EARTH COUNTY — A Nicollet woman was killed in a collision at about 3:41 p.m. Friday at the CR 11 and CR 50 intersection in Judson Township, Blue Earth County.

According to the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office, Mary Louise Blank, 70, of rural Nicollet died in the crash. She had been driving a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu northbound on CR 50. A 2005 Four Winds motorhome, driven by Roger Dale Baertsche, 57, of Carver, MN was westbound on CR 11 with his 9-year-old grandson and 32-year-old Erick Joel Johansen as passengers.

The two vehicles collided in the intersection. Blank was confirmed deceased at the scene. Baertsch and his grandson were transported by ambulance to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Johansen, of rural Lake Crystal, was uninjured in the crash

The intersection is controlled by a stop sign for north and south traffic on CR 50. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
