Snow drifts on South German Street near South German Park bury a couple parked vehicles. The Minnesota State Patrol reported 405 crashes, 911 spinouts or vehicles off the road and 17 jackknifed semi trucks over the historical weekend storm dumped snow that was whipped around by high winds.
