No. 2025-111 amends

Appendix A of the New

Ulm City Code, the

Zoning Ordinance of

the City of New Ulm,

by establishing a thir-

teenth (13th) standard

in the “Additional Re-

quirements” table that

would be applicable to

“grid lots” that are

8,250 square feet in

size in the R-3 (Medi-

um Density Residence

District), and that do

not meet the minimum

zoning standards in the

R-3 District, and would

allow such lots to be

developed in accor-

dance with the more

permissible zoning

standards that apply to

the RT-2 (Traditional

Neighborhood – Single

and Two Family

Residence District).
