in said City at 4:30

p.m. on Tuesday, Oc-

tober 21, 2025 on a

proposed final plat.

The property proposed

to be platted is located

NEW ULM PUBLIC UTILITIES

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ELECTRICAL UPGRADES

New Ulm Public Utilities in New Ulm, Minnesota will receive sealed bids to furnish and deliver, including any necessary labor and materials, for the following equipment:

1. One (1) 480/277V, 3000A Automatic Transfer Switch

2. One (1) 480/277V, 3000A Switchboard

3. Two (2) 600A Motor Control Centers

4. Three (3) 480/277V Panelboards

5. Three (3) Dry-Type Step-down Transformers

6.Three (3) 240/120V Panelboards

Sealed Bids will be received at 100 North Broadway St., New Ulm, MN 56073 until Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 10:00 am Central Time at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Electronic or late bids will not be accepted.

Sealed Bids shall be addressed to City of New Ulm, Attn: City Clerk, 100 North Broadway St., New Ulm, MN 56073 and shall be marked “SEALED BID WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ELECTRICAL UPGRADES – Submitted by (Bidder’s name)”.

Specifications and bid documents may be examined at or obtained from the Consulting Engineering Firm: Power System Engineering, Inc., Attn: Morgan Bourgault, 6 Pine Tree Drive, Suite 350, Arden Hills, MN 55112. Ph# 763-783-5358 or by email at bourgaultm@powersystem.org. The bidding documents will be issued electronically.

No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, payable to the Owner.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
