permit amplified sound

at Zinniel Utility Con-

tracting, 4 Somsen

Street, to host Party by

the Pond event on Sa-

turday, August 23,

2025 from 3:00 p.m. to

12:00 a.m. on Sunday,

August 24, 2025.

The City Code limits

the production or

reproduction of sound

between the hours of

10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Mondays through Fri-

days, or between the

hours of 9:00 p.m. to

9:00 a.m. on Satur-

days, Sundays and le-

gal holidays if it is audi-

ble at a distance of

500′ from the source.

This variance request

is authorized by Sec-

tion 8.08, Subdivision 7

of the New Ulm City

Code. Notice of the

Public Hearing is being

sent to all property

owners within 500 feet

of the source.

All interested parties

are invited to attend or
