Indoor/Outdoor Com-

mercial uses on pro-

perty zoned I-2 (Gen-

eral Industrial) and le-

gally described as the

Balance of Lot 1 of the

SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4,

Sec. 13, Twp. 110,

Range 31, Brown

County, Minnesota.

The street address of

the property is 2215

North Garden Street.

WHEREAS, the City

Code requires that

these matters be con-

sidered by the New

Ulm Planning Commis-

sion.

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED,

pursuant to the City

Code, the New Ulm

Planning Commission

will meet at 4:30 P.M.

on Thursday, August

29, 2024 in the City

Hall Council

Chambers, 100 North

Broadway, New Ulm,

Minnesota to consider

these matters. The

public and all interest-

ed parties are hereby

officially notified of said

hearings.

will be read into the

record and must be re-
