The ISD 88 School Board met for the Regular Meeting on December 15, 2022. Members present: Waloch, Gag, Groebner, Ringhofer, Sunderman. Absent: Schiro & Dewanz. Meeting called to order by Chair Gag.

1. Ringhofer/ Sunderman approval of revised agenda and appendix. (5-0)

2. Groebner/Waloch approval of minutes. ( 5-0)

3. Sunderman/ Ringhofer approval of consent agenda. (5-0)

4. Reports: Superintendent’s. Schiro arrived at 6:08 p.m. Activities, MSBA Delegate Assembly, RBED, Finance, Student, Announcements.

5. Waloch/Schiro certified taxes payable. (6-0)

6. Sunderman/Waloch approval of bills for audit/budget report. (6-0)

7. Accepted Cash Balance Report.

8. Waloch/Groebner approval to write-off bad debt. (6-0)

9. Groebner/Schiro adoption of revised policies. (6-0)

10. Ringhofer/Schiro acceptance of donations.

11. Schiro/Sunderman established combined polling places for multiple precincts. (6-0)

12. Board Committee Interest Summary discussion.

13. Ringhofer/ Groebner adjournment at 6:33 p.m. (6-0)
