LEGAL NOTICE OF BID Notice is given the Independent School District #88, New Ulm Public Schools 414 South Payne Street, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073 will be receiving sealed bids as follows: Roofing of the CTE Building – Roof Areas C, D and H A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on Friday, February 3th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., Independent School District #88, New Ulm Public Schools, 414 South Payne Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, 56073. Bidding contractors are to report to Door 11 of the CTE Building at 208 N Valley Street, New Ulm, MN 56073. All bids will be due no later than 10:00 A.M., Monday, February 13, 2023 at Independent School District #88, New Ulm Public Schools, 414 South Payne Street, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073, to the attention of Mr. Pat Lang, where they will be opened and read publicly aloud.

The envelope containing the bid must be clearly marked and the Bid Form must be fully completed. Independent School District #88 reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or to waive any formalities in the bidding.

Specifications will be available at the office of the consultant. Any questions must be addressed to the District’s Consultant, Sean Gage of Roof Spec, Inc. (RSI), 2400 Prior Avenue N, St. Paul, Minnesota 55113 (651-639-0644; s.gage@roofspec.com). All questions must be in writing and answers to any questions will be sent to each prospective bidder via email.

The bids, once delivered to the District, must remain effective from the date submitted for 30 days unless the District permits the bidder to withdraw the bid.
