CALL FOR BIDS

INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 507

NICOLLET PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Independent School District #507, Nicollet Public Schools will receive sealed bids in duplicate for: Nicollet Public Schools Building Improvements – until 10:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2021.

Sealed bids will be received by the Superintendent – Stephen Malone at the District #507. 1 Pine St, Nicollet, MN 56074 then publicly opened and read aloud. There is no agent for the receipt of bids other than the Superintendent – Stephen Malone.

Amid the COVID-19 concerns and recommendations for social distancing, we encourage bids to be mailed in advance or delivered by (1) representative from the bidding Contractor. We request Contractor’s respect the recommendations by the State and Federal government and refrain from remaining for the bid opening. Representatives from Owner and Construction Manager will be present for reading and recording. If a conference call is available, information for the call will be distributed prior to the bid date. Nexus will issue the bid tabulation via Procore as soon as possible following the reading and recording of bids.

Bids shall be submitted on bid form provided by the Bid Documents including Responsible Contractor Verification of Compliance form. The completed bid form shall be submitted without alterations, additions or erasures. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed marked separately “Nicollet Public Schools Building Improvements” with the name and address of the bidder, Work Scope Number and Title being bid and the date and hour of the opening. Bidding documents will be available on or about December 18th, 2020.

Each bid of $10,000 or greater shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check, or a bid bond in the amount of at least five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid made payable to ISD #507 as bid security that, if the bid is accepted, the contractor will execute the contract and file the required performance and payment bonds within the allotted time period after notice of award of contract.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am on TUESDAY DECEMBER 29, 2020starting at 1 Pine Street, Nicollet, MN 56074.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids and waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening without consent of the Board of Education.

REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR FURNISHING PARK MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT LOST DOG AND FOX HUNTERS COUNTY PARK

The Brown County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for furnishing park maintenance services at Lost Dog and Fox Hunters Park located on the East shore of Clear Lake in Section 11, Township 109-110N, Range 31 W Sigel Township until 12:00 P.M. on January 29th 2021 in Room 211, County Administrators Office, 14 S State St, New Ulm, MN 56073.

The bids must be tendered on the form provided with the specifications and is to be placed in a sealed envelope and identified on the outside with the words “Lost Dog and Fox Hunters Maintenance Bid”
