REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

New Ulm City Hall Reroofing Project

The City of New Ulm is requesting bids to replace the roof at the New Ulm City Hall building located at 100 North Broadway, New Ulm. Bids shall include all specifications and designs for new materials, bids shall also include all material and labor to properly complete the project. Contractor shall complete the project in a timely manner and all work on this project must be code compliant.

WHEREAS, Chris Dalton, Executive Director of the Economic Development Authority of the City of New Ulm, has filed a petition with the City of New Ulm requesting that Lots 4 and 5, Block 3 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 4, Milford Heights First Addition be rezoned from R-1 (Single Family Residence District) to R-2 (Single and Two Family Residence District); and

WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, June 25, 2020 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said hearings. Those attending the meeting must adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we encourage the submittal of written comments instead of attendance at the meeting. All written comments will be read into the record and must be received by Noon, Thursday, June 25, 2020, and shall be submitted to: Office of the Community Development Director, City of New Ulm, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN 56073 or to .
