Requesting bids
The Milford Township
Board has decided to
sell its town hall locat-
ed at 20837 U.S. 14.
This is the second re-
quest for bids. The
building is on the Na-
tional Register of His-
torical places. The
highest bidder must
maintain the building in
accordance with the
rules of NRH. The
board reserves the
right to reject any or all
offers. The bids should
be sent or delivered to
Milford Township,
27332 187th Avenue,
New Ulm MN 56073 by
June 1, 2020.
The bids will be
opened at special
meeting on June 3,
2020. The meeting
starts at 5:00 p.m. and
located at our town hall
located 24924 County
Road 11, Essig MN.
