WHEREAS, Donald Sanderson has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Variance to allow a utility shed to be located 3′ from the north property line on the property located at 1600 North Broadway and legally described as Lots 13 and 14, Block 82 North of Center Street. The required setback is 10′; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that this matter be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, December 19, 2019 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearing.
