NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of December , 2019, at 9 o’clock a.m., a hearing will be held in the above-named Court at Brown County Courthouse, 14 South State,
New Ulm, Minnesota 56073, on Petition of Quentin C. D. Howe for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the above-named decedent, and for the appointment of Quentin C. D. Howe , whose address is 418 1st Ave N. Sleepy Eye, MN 56085, as personal representative of the Estate of the above-named decedent in unsupervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, the personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real estate and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.
Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Clerk of the Court within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.

WHEREAS, Dale Bushard has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Variance to allow a building addition to be located 5′ 2″ from the south property line on the property legally described as the Northwesterly ¢ of Lot 14, and Lot 13 and the Southeasterly ¢ of Lot 14, Block 67 South of Center Street. The required setback is 10′ The street address of the property is 101 South Broadway; and
WHEREAS, Brett Weelborg, on behalf of Weelborg Enterprises LLP, has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow an existing building to be used for storage purposes on property zoned B-2 (Service Business District) on the parcel of property legally described as Outlot A, Block 3, Valley Heights Addition. The street address of the property is 1414 Westridge Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearings.
