the formal probate of

an instrument purport-

ing to be the

decedent’s Will dated

December 16, 2016,

and for the appoint-

ment of Leon Steffl,

whose address is 215

Ellsworth St. SE,

Sleepy Eye, Minnesota

56085, and Connie

Juenemann, whose ad-

dress is 34842 200th

St., Clements, Min-

nesota 56224, as per-

sonal representatives

of the estate of the de-

cedent in an unsuper-

vised administration.

Any objections to the

petition must be raised

at the hearing or filed

with the Court prior to

the hearing. If the peti-

tion is proper and no

objections are filed or

raised, the personal

representatives will be

appointed with the full

power to administer the

estate, including the

power to collect all as-

sets; pay all legal

debts, claims, taxes,

and expenses; sell real

and personal property;

and do all necessary

acts for the estate.

Notice is also given

that, subject to

Minn. Stat. 524.3-801,

all creditors having

claims against the

decedent’s estate are

required to present the

claims to the personal

representative or to the

Court within four

(4) months after the

date of this notice or

the claims will be

barred.

operation of a wood-

working business in his

residence and in a de-

tached garage on the

property legally

described as Lot 10,

Address: 718 North

Broadway);

WHEREAS, the City

Code requires that this

matter be considered

by the New Ulm Plan-

ning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED,

pursuant to the City

Code, the New Ulm

Planning Commission

will meet at 4:30 P.M.

on Thursday, June 27,

2019 in the City Hall

Council Chambers,

100 North Broadway,

New Ulm, Minnesota to
