On April 12, 2019, Subarctic Media, LLC, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for consent to transfer control of radio station KATO-FM operating on 93.1 MHz at New Ulm, MN, from J. David Linder to Lynn Ketelsen and Matt Ketelsen.
