reserves the right to

hold and consider the

bids for 30 days after

the date of the bid

opening. Bids shall be

accompanied by a

cashiers check,

bidder’s bond, or certi-

fied check payable to

CITY OF NEW ULM

for not less than five

percent (5%) of the

amount of such bid in-

cluding add-alternates.

A bidder’s bond shall

include certified copy

of the power of attor-

ney. The right to

waive any informality in

any bid and reject any

or all bids is reserved

by the Owner.
