meet on Monday the
6th day of May, 2019
at the City Hall Council
Chambers, 100 North
Broadway, New Ulm,
MN at 9:00 a.m.
Those wishing to ap-
peal their valuation or
classification should
call 507-233-6606, pri-
or to the meeting day,
to set up an appoint-
ment or affirm their
concerns by letter to
the County Assessor,
Brown County Court-
house, P.O. Box 248,
New Ulm, MN 56073.
Appointments are re-
quired for City Boards.
The Board of Review
cannot act on current
year property taxes.
They can act only on
the valuation or clas-
sification for property
taxes payable in 2019.

tice is given that on

a.m., a hearing will be
held in this Court at the
Brown County Court-
house, 14 South State
Street, New Ulm, Min-
nesota 56073-0248, for
the formal probate of
an instrument purport-
ing to be the
decedent’s Will dated
April 6, 2015, and for
the appointment of
Terrance F. Wellner,
whose address is 117
N. State St, as person-
al representative of the
estate of the decedent
in an unsupervised ad-
ministration.
Any objections to the
petition must be raised
at the hearing or filed
with the Court prior to
the hearing. If the peti-
tion is proper and no
objections are filed or
raised, the personal
representative will be
appointed with the full
power to administer the
estate, including the
power to collect all as-
sets; pay all legal
debts, claims, taxes,
and expenses; sell real
and personal property;
and do all necessary
acts for the estate.
Notice is also given
that, subject to Minn.
Stat. 524.3-801, all
creditors having claims
against the decedent’s
estate are required to
present the claims to
the personal represen-
tative or to the Court
within four (4) months
after the date of this
notice or the claims will
be barred.
