Notice is hereby given

that Brown County will

receive sealed propo-

sals for Group Life,

Short and Long Term

Disability, Dental and

Vision Insurance ac-

cording to written

specifications and con-

ditions. Proposals

shall be submitted in

the form and manner

contained in the specif-

ications.

Proposal specifications

may be obtained from

Ochs by emailing a re-

quest to

ochs@ochsinc.com or

calling (651) 665-3789.

Proposals must be re-

ceived no later than

Monday, July 2, 2018

at 3:00 p.m. A sealed

copy of all quotations

should be sent to

Ochs, agent of record.

No formal opening of

proposals will occur.

The County reserves

the right to reject any

or all proposals and to

make an award which

is deemed most favor-

able and advantageous

to the employees and

the County regardless

of whether or not such

quotation is lowest

sprayed needs to com-

plication which can be

Highway Department

printing and completing

UNSUPERVISED ad-

ministration. Any ob-

jections to the petition

must be filed with the

Court prior to or raised

are filed or raised, the

Personal Representa-

tive will be appointed

with full power to ad-

minister the Estate in-

cluding the power to

collect all assets, to

pay all legal debts,

claims, taxes and ex-

penses, to sell real and

personal property, and

to do all necessary
