• Abraham Pedraza, 26, Winthrop, was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail for two counts of misdemeanor domestic assault April 9. The Court stayed 86 days for one year. He was placed on one year supervised probation. Conditions include serving four days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a domestic violence inventory within 60 days, follow all recommendations, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, continue mental health appointments, follow all recommendations, take all prescribed medications, pay $3,455.81 in restitution plus $115 in fines.
