• Alexander Librad Vazquez Schulte, 26, Gaylord pled guilty March 12 to second-degree DWI and was sentenced to one year in the Sibley County Jail. He admitted to violating probation for violating an Order for Protection and third-degree DWI. He was sentenced to 364 days in jail in each file, concurrent with the new DWI offense.

• The court stayed adjudication and placed Jordan Joseph Reich, 30, Shakopee on supervised probation for up to one year March 12. Conditions include serving 17 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete intensive outpatient treatment, comply with mental health therapy, complete 40 hours Sentence to Service, complete a domestic violence inventory, not use or possess alcohol, THC, or non-prescribed controlled substances and pay $500.

• Sheena Leigh Mcrea, 39, Granite Falls pled guilty March 12 to felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession and gross misdemeanor DWI test refusal. On Count one, the court stayed adjudication and ordered her placed on up to two years probation with conditions she serve two days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 40 hours Sentence to Service within six months, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, complete a Victim Impact Panel within six months. On Count 2, she was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed, and placed on up to two years probation with the same conditions as Count 1, ordered to pay $900 within 90 days.
