• Nereyda Flores, 33, Sleepy Eye, pled guilty Feb. 5 to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree DWI. The Court stayed adjudication on the drug charge and convicted Flores of DWI. She was placed on up to two years supervised probation with conditions of serving two days in the Sibley County Jail, 28 days electronic home monitoring, complete 40 hours of Sentence to Service within six months, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, complete a Victim Impact Panel within six months, pay $900 within 90 days.
