Sibley County District Court

• Reid Duncan Edman, 67, New Auburn, pled guilty to possession of pornographic works involving minors Jan. 29. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison, stayed for up to five years supervised probation. Conditions include serving 120 days in the Sibley County Jail, completing 80 hours of Sentence to Service, complete a psychological evaluation, follow all recommendations, pay a $1,085 fine.

• Jose Manuel Moncivaiz, 32, Glencoe, pled guilty to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree DWI test refusal Jan. 29. He was sentenced to 13 months in prison, stayed for up to two years supervised probation with conditions that he serve 120 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 120 hours Sentence to Service, complete a comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol, THC or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a Victim Impact Panel, pay a $985 fine.

• Harlee Jo Zuidema, 19, Gibbon, pled guilty Jan. 28 to misdemeanor obstructing legal process. He was sentenced to up to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation with conditions that she complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol, THC or non-prescribed controlled substances and pay a $185 fine within 90 days.
