• Kraig Christopher Dam, 57, Carver, plead guilty to gross misdemeanor giving a peace officer a false name and date of birth Oct. 23. He was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed, placed on up to two years supervised probation, complete 40 hours of sentence to service within six months and pay a $385 fine.

• A sentence of 90 days in the Sibley County Jail for Bryton Alyn-James Rosenlund, 23, Winthrop, for disorderly conduct, was stayed for up to one year supervised probation Oct. 23 with conditions that he complete a comprehensive assessment and mental health diagnostic assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, complete 24 hours of sentence to service, pay a $385 fine.

• Martin John Sunderman, 35, Kasota, admitted to violating probation terms Oct. 22. A previous stay of adjudication was stayed. He was convicted for felony 5th-degree controlled substance possession and probation was reinstated plus that he serve 30 days in the Sibley County Jail, get an updated chemical use assessment and mental health evaluation, follow all recommendations.

• Brian James Carlson, 41, Lafayette, was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail after pleading guilty to fourth-degree DWI. The sentence was stayed and he was placed on up to one year supervised probation, complete 40 hours of sentence to service within six months, attend a victim impact statement and give up his permit to carry during his probation term.
