Sibley County Court
• Unconditional bail was set at $100,000 cash or bond, $500 cash or $5,000 bond with conditions Sept. 2 for Damian John Ristau, 35, Arlington, on a charge alleging making threats of violence.
• Unconditional bail was set at $15,000 cash or bond, $500 cash or $5,000 bond with conditions Sept. 2 for Stephanie Lauren Spencer, 43, North Mankato on allegations she violated release conditions for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 18.
• Unconditional bail was set at $250,000 cash or bond Sept. 4 or Joseph Allen Hutton, 18, Le Sueur could be released on his own recognizance with conditions for two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Nov. 6.
• Asael Pedraza, 20, Arlington, plead guilty Sept. 4 to fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. Other charges of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle, driving after revocation, cannabis open package and speeding were dismissed. He was fined $500, to be forfeited from bail previously posted, sentenced to serve 10 days in the Sibley County Jail, credited with two days service, complete 80 hours Sentence to Service.
• Christopher Brian Severin, 41, Arlington, plead guilty to felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession and fourth-degree DWI Sept. 4. He was sentenced to up to three years supervised probation with conditions of serving 22 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment, attend a Victim Impact Panel, follow all recommendations, pay a $115 fine.
