Sibley County Court

• Ayden James Menk, 18, New Ulm, plead guilty July 24 to carrying a BB gun in a public place. Adjudication was stayed for up to 1 year supervised probation with conditions that he complete 40 hours sentence to service within 6 months, pay $300 within 90 days.

• Nereyda Flores, 22, Sleepy Eye, requested an omnibus hearing on charges alleging felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree DWI. The hearing was set for 1 p.m. Aug. 28. She was released on previously ordered conditions that include no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.

• The Court set an omnibus hearing for 1 p.m. Sept. 18 for Jela Deshaun Jones, 48, Arlington, on charges alleging violation of predatory offender registration laws. He was released on previous conditions.

• April Lee Marie Anderson, 42, Gibbon, admitted to violation probation for a third-degree possession of a controlled substance charge. She was sentenced to 21 months in prison, stayed for previously ordered probation. She was ordered to serve 120 days in the Sibley County Jail. A stay of adjudication was vacated.
