Sibley County Court
• Kaleb Aaron Mosher, 28, Gaylord, admitted to violating probation terms on felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance July 3. His probation was reinstated with the previous terms plus that he serve 11 days in the Sibley County Jail.
• An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. July 31 for Asael Pedraza, 19, Gaylord, on charges alleging fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, fleeing by means other than a motor vehicle, driving after revocation, cannabis open package and speeding July 3. Previous probation conditions remain in effect.
• Arturo Enrrique Vargas, 63, Gaylord, plead guilty July 3 to selling alcohol to a minor. Adjudication was stayed. He was placed on up to 1 year unsupervised probation, pay $300 within 30 days, take a Minnesota Servers Training court.
• Trent Lowell Rolfzen, 50, Fridley, admitted to violating probation terms June 30 for fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct June 30. Probation was reinstated plus that he served 180 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, reenter sex offender programming, attend weekly therapy, continue psychiatric care, follow all recommendations from treatment providers.
• An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 18 for Michelle Rose Trost, 44, Belle Plaine, June 26 on third-degree murder charges. She was released on previous probation conditions.
• Michael Roy Brown, 47, Sleepy Eye, was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail June 26 for disorderly conduct. Execution was stayed. He was placed on up to 1 year supervised probation. Conditions include serving 16 days in the Sibley County Jail, completing a mental health diagnostic assessment within 60 days, follow recommendations, have no contact with the victim, complete 8 hours sentence to service, pay a $115 fine.
• Savanah Marie Rhodes, 35, Stillwater, was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail June 26 for violating a domestic abuse no contact order. She was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed, placed on up to 1 year supervised probation. Conditions include serving 2 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, have no contact with the victim, no use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and domestic violence inventory within 60 days, follow all recommendations, pay a $135 fine.
