• Unconditional bail was set June 13 at $1,000 cash or bond without conditions for Martin John Sunderman, 35, Kasota on charges alleging felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree DWI. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. July 17.
• Jela Deshaun Jones, 48 Arlington, was released June 12 on his own recognizance on a charge alleging a predatory offender registration violation. A Rule 8 hearing was set for 9 a.m. June 26.
• Daniel Joseph Blahowski, 42, New Auburn, waived all omnibus issues June 12 on a charge alleging felony motor vehicle theft. A jury trial was set for 8:30 a.m., July 15. He was released on previous conditions.
• Brandon Taylor Trump, 37, Marshall, requested an omnibus hearing June 12 on a charge alleging first-degree possession of a controlled substance. A hearing was set for 1 p.m. July 10. He remains in jail custody.
• Chase Stephen Dehmlow, 37, Henderson, pleaded not guilty June 12 to obstructing legal process. A pre-trial hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. July 3. He was released on previous conditions.
• Jose Luis Acevedo, 63, Gaylord, appeared June 12 on a charge alleging felony financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult. A Rule 8 hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. July 10. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Daniel Karin Floy, 46, St. Cloud, pled guilty to felony theft of services July 12. Sentencing was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 18. He was released on previous conditions.
• Donzell Robert Lindsey, 49, Winthrop, pled guilty to child endangerment July 12. He was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to two years supervised probation. Conditions included completing 40 hours sentence to service within three months and pay a $135 fine within 90 days.
• Vanessa Jaylynn Redman, 22, Kasota, admitted to violating probation June 11. The court reinstated probation with previously ordered terms and that she serve 10 days in the Sibley County Jail and schedule a comprehensive assessment within 24 hours.
• Unconditional bail was set at $50,000 cash or bond June 11 for Robert Arthur Johnson, 38, Winthrop, on a charge alleging felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. He could be released on his own recognizance with conditions. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. July 17.
• Unconditional bail was set at $100,000 cash or bond for Nereyda Flores, 32, Sleepy Eye, on charges alleging felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession and third-degree DWI. She could be released on her own recognizance with conditions. A Rule 8 hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. July 3.
