• The court ordered May 29 Asael Pedraza, 19, Gaylord, could be released on his own recognizance with conditions on charges alleging fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle, driving after revocation, cannabis open package and speeding. A hearing was set for 9 a.m. July 3.
