Sibley County Court

• Unconditional bail was set at $800,000 cash or bond, conditional bail $400,000 cash or bond May 19 for Mark Alan Overson, 76, Gaylord, on charges alleging possession of child pornography. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. June 26. Overson remains in Sibley County Jail custody.

• Alexis Dawn Pullar-Munstermann, 22, Winthrop, appeared May 22 on charges alleging misdemeanor domestic assault. A pre-trial hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. June 26.

• Ryan Ray Forsberg, 41, New Auburn, plead guilty May 22 to felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison, stayed for up to 3 years supervised probation with conditions he served 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 40 hours sentence to service, complete a comprehensive assessment, pay $385 fine.

• Kleberth Said Perez, 19, Arlington, was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail May 22, stayed for up to 2 years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation. He was sentenced to 7 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment, pay $2,602.34 in restitution and a $135 fine.

• Juan Carlos Meija-Chona, 39, Arlington, plead guilty to obstructing legal process. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed, and placed on up to 1 year unsupervised probation, serve 5 days in jail and pay $200.

• Bail was increased to $2,000 or $20,000 bond with conditions for Jamie Charlotte Blahowski, 41, New Auburn May 20 after she was arrested for violating release conditions for felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession and fourth-degree controlled substance sale. Bail was increased to $2,000 cash/$20,000 bond with conditions. A settlement conference was set for 1 p.m. June 12.
