Sibley County Court

• Michael Roy Brown, 47, Sleepy Eye pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct April 24. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and a sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. June 26. He was released on previously set conditions.

• Garret Dean Loudermilk, 44, St. James, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree controlled substance possession. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison, stayed for up to five years probation with conditions he pay a $585 fine, complete a comprehensive assessment.

• Travis James Legg, 42, Henderson, admitted to violating probation for gross misdemeanor violation of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order. His probation was reinstated on previous terms and that he serve seven days in the Sibley County Jail and follow diagnostic assessment recommendations and undergo a domestic violence inventory.
