Sibley County District Court

• Vanesa Jaylynn Redman, 21, Kasota pleaded guilty to 4th-degree DWI Jan. 2. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation. Conditions include 16 days in the Sibley County Jail, completing a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, no alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance use or possession, attending a victim impact panel and following all recommendations. She was fined $385.

• Ross Dean Kroells, 60, Green Isle, pleaded guilty to distributing electronic material with sexual content to a child Jan. 2. He was placed on up to three years supervised probation, fined $1,085; serve 30 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 15 days Sentence to Service, complete a psycho-sexual evaluation, follow all recommendations, have no unsupervised contact with minors unless recommended by treatment professionals, have no electronic communication with minors.

• Rodney John Riegel, 64, Green Isle, admitted to violating probation on the underlying offense of 5th-degree criminal sexual conduct Jan. 2. His probation was reinstated with an additional requirement of serving 60 days in the Sibley County Jail.
