According to court documents, New Ulm Police Patrolman Tyler Forrest was southbound on S. After the suspect vehicle crossed the fog line a sixth time, officer Forrest stopped the vehicle just north of South Bridge Street and identified the driver as Farley. Searching her, Forrest found a small, plastic baggie with white powder and red straw with residue that Farley said was cocaine.

Items found in a vehicle search included a glass pipe with burnt marijuana residue; black, plastic jar with four THC gummies, a marijuana pill, two glass vials with suspected methamphetamine residue, a metal cube case with suspected marijuana residue and metal pill capsule case with marijuana residue.

Farley was transported to the Brown County Jail. The marijuana weighed about 2.15 grams and tested positive for THC, the white powder weighed about 1.09 grams and tested positive as methamphetamine.
