Brown County District Court

• A felony fugitive from justice from another state charge was filed Aug. 9 against Aaron B. Rogers, 39, Fargo, North Dakota. Bail without conditions was set at $6,000; $1,500 with conditions. An extradition hearing was set for 8:30 a.m. Aug. 23. An initial appearance for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property and giving peace officer a false name charges was also set for 8:30 a.m. Aug. 23.

According to court documents, Rogers is a fugitive from justice, according to the North Dakota Parole Board and Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. He was convicted of felony endangering by fire, according to North Dakota law on Jan. 5, 2015, in Cass County. Rogers was arrested in New Ulm Aug. 6 on the gross misdemeanor charges.
