New Ulm Police received a phone call at 10:40 p.m., Sept. 6, 2021 from Brown County dispatch regarding a stolen vehicle report earlier in the day, and that the vehicle was being driven back to New Ulm from Mankato and the driver is not the person who took the vehicle earlier.
