Sibley County Court

• Annarose N. Ibarra, 27, Winthrop, pled guilty to 4th-degree DWI June 10. She was fined $485. A 90-day jail sentence was stayed for one year probation. Conditions include serving 4 days in jail, completing a chemical use assessment within 30 days and following all recommendations, attending a Victim Impact Panel, completing 40 hours of Sentence to Service.

• Izabella E. Lindorff, 19, Henderson, pled guilty to 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance. She was fined $300. Adjudication was stayed and she was placed on up to one year probation. Conditions include serving two days in jail, chemical use assessment completion within 30 days, following all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.

• Dale M. Nelson II, 38, Arlington, was sentenced to 13 months in prison, execution stayed, and placed on up to five years probation for felony escape from custody. He was fined $135. Conditions include serving 52 days in jail, completing a chemical use assessment and domestic violence inventory and follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, 24 hours Sentence to Service.

• Amber L. Carpenter, 30, Lafayette, requested an omnibus hearing for felony 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance. A hearing was set for 9:45 a.m., July 8, 2021. She was released on the same conditions as previously ordered, including not possessing alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.

• Victor D. Solloa, 23, Centerville, Va. pled guilty to possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. A 90-day jail sentence was stayed. He was placed on up to one year unsupervised probation and fined $385.
