• Andrew R. Sears, 32, 400 State St. S., New Ulm, was charged with two counts of gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI and misdemeanor driving after suspension Aug. 6. According to court documents, New Ulm Police were on patrol at 4 a.m., Aug. 6 when their attention was drawn to a vehicle traveling on 7th North Street near German Street.
