• Jonathon L. Wallin, 36, 204 S. Ash St., Comfrey, was charged with gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety Friday. According to the complaint, Comfrey Police were on patrol at 5:21 p.m. March 14 when a vehicle was observed they knew was commonly driven by Wallin, who had a cancelled driver’s license-inimical to public safety.
Police identified Wallin as the driver when he turned onto County Road 17 from a Cottonwood County Township road. Police stopped Wallin, ran his information through Brown County Dispatch, told him his license was cancelled, IPS and arrested him.
