WINTHROP — A 45-year-old Winthrop woman faces four felony charges after an Aug. 22 shooting spree in which she admitted to shooting her gun inside her residence and into her neighbor’s house. In Sibley County District Court Monday, Julia Renee Stolfa was charged with second-degree assault, intentional discharge of a firearm that endangers safety, first-degree criminal damage to property and reckless discharge of a firearm within a municipality.
