The time is now. Don’t dream it, be it! Join State Street Theater Company’s “Rocky Horror Picture Show” shadow cast.

The company is seeking cast and crew to put on a production of “Rocky Horror Picture Show.” Auditions will take place from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 28.

Open auditions are at the State Street Theater Co., 1 N. State St. Enter at Washington Street parking lot, backstage door.

Individuals are reminded not to park in the lot behind the Emerson-Union apartments. First-time actors are warmly encouraged and welcome.

The show will run October 28-29, 2022.

“Rocky Horror Picture Show,” a 1975 musical comedy horror film by 20th Century Fox, is a parody tribute to the science fiction and horror B movies of the 1930s through to the early 1960s. Director Lucas Youngerberg has added a shadow cast to enhance the Rocky Horror experience.
