The 2020 Nick Mueller Memorial Scholarship was presented to graduating senior, Joshua Liebl, center. One of Nick’s dreams was to become a police officer; however, he died suddenly in September 2004 from an asthma attack after completing the mile run in P.E. class. His mother, Nancy, established the scholarship to help others reach their dream and, in spirit, help Nick reach his as well. Joshua, son of Ken and Sheri Liebl, plans to major in Law Enforcement with a minor in Wildlife Management at Bemidji State this fall. Also pictured is Nick’s aunt, Julie Klover and cousin, Eric Klover, also a 2020 NUHS graduate. This year’s NUHS Scholarship Ceremony was held virtually via YouTube by NUHS administration.
