Beef Quality Assurance Certification Class offered
LAFYETTE — The University of Minnesota Extension Service is hosting a Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) Certification Class on Tuesday, April 2, at the Lafayette Community Center, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
Packing houses and sales barns are requiring all beef sold to be BQA Certified. This class will provide attendees with the information and knowledge to take the certification test. At the end of the class, the test will be administered for participants to complete their voluntary 3-year BQA certification.
There is no cost to attend. Walk-ins are welcome. Pre-registration is appreciated.
