MRS. W. J. VON BANK, 308 S. Broadway, New Ulm, found that trying to sweep water off her sidewalk was just a good way to get wet Monday. Improperly draining water from the melting snow covered parts of South Broadway,and unless cars slowed down or drove in the left lane, the traffic threw water up on the sidewalks.
