The Feb. 25 Journal article on Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s visit to New Ulm should state in the second paragraph his that his visit was sponsored by the New Ulm Chapter of Indivisible.

The Journal’s Wednesday, Jan. 28 front page and page 8A story about Brown County Commissioners approving the purchase of a new Heartland Express bus should be corrected to read that the bus will be powered by gasoline, not propane fuel. Brown County Heartland Hermann Express Manager Patrick LaCourse said a propane bus has not been ordered yet and would be purchased at no cost to Brown County.

The Journal’s Thursday, Oct. 30 Brown County board story about the South Country Health Alliance (SCHA) and county-based purchasing should read the Minnesota Supreme Court did not uphold the Minnesota Court of Appeals decision affirming counties have the right to chose county-based purchasing. “In Nov. 2023, the Supreme Court granted a review of of the Aug. 12, 2023 decision of the Court of Appeals.
